Hydration Health - Headaches
When one decides to quit drinking coffee, headaches usually persist for a few days. The brain is so used to getting this buzz that the user suffers withdrawal symptoms, and one side effect of this is headaches. Drinking too much alcohol can also result in a headache the next day, because the brain is dehydrated.
When people are under a lot of stress, when you overwork the eyes by watching TV, staring at the computer screen, or by reading too much, headaches seem to show their ugly face. Many of us automatically reach for aspirin for relief, but although this can alleviate the headache, you are replacing one drug with another.
